Interconnected I

This painting is part of a series exploring the idea that interconnectedness is our natural state. Problems arise when we see ourselves as separate from one another and from our planet. The artist applies many layers of acrylic paint to canvas using a variety of tools to build texture. A harmonious color palette is used with the use of tonal contrast to draw the attention of the viewer.
